Marije (Focus)

In July, I started neurofeedback sessions and continued with them weekly until September. Overall, I had around 20 sessions. The difference in my life since I started neurofeedback is huge. Before, I was constantly busy in my head to the point where my thoughts were so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep or focus on anything else. I was also studying for a course with long hours and, after class, I was too tired to do anything but rest. This meant that I couldn’t spend time with my friends or boyfriend and my life revolved around school and weekends spent recovering.

Since starting neurofeedback, my life has changed completely. I now have an internship for 34 hours a week, as well as a day of school, and I still have energy left over to do other things like cook, hang out with friends, and play sports. The fog in my head has lifted, and I can process information faster and concentrate for longer. Being with others gives me energy instead of draining it, and I am able to maintain relationships more easily because I feel more at peace. Neurofeedback has been incredibly effective for me, but I have to maintain a consistent rhythm and get enough rest. Without structure, I can easily become overstimulated. Overall, my focus is much better in my life now, and I would definitely recommend neurofeedback to anyone that wants to improve focus.

Peter (Focus)

Hi there, my name is Peter and I’ve been dealing with focus issues for as long as I can remember. Since the age of eight, I’ve been on various support programs to help manage my symptoms. However, despite trying different options, I continued to struggle with concentration and impulsivity. That is, until my parents learned about neurofeedback from our neighbors. After speaking with Mr. Verment, a practitioner who specializes in neurofeedback, we decided to give it a try.

After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement in the way my mind worked. Normally, my thoughts were all over the place and it was hard to focus on anything for very long. But with neurofeedback, it was like everything in my head was suddenly calm and quiet. And as I continued with the sessions, my progress continued as well. Teachers even noticed a difference in my behavior and work ethic.

Although there was a bit of a setback after 15 sessions, I soon realized that I didn’t need medic to feel in control anymore. After a few weeks without it, even my teachers were amazed at how well I was doing. And with a few more sessions of neurofeedback, I was able to improve even further. I’m so grateful for Mr. Verment and the amazing work he does to help people like me overcome chronic problems in just a few short months!

Jeremy (Focus)

My name is Jeremy, and I’ve always struggled with learning and paying attention in school. I know my teachers have been concerned about my progress and whether I can improve my learning skills. However, I have some good news to share – my recent therapy sessions have been making a huge difference!

I told my teacher about it, and to my surprise, all of my other teachers have noticed the positive changes too! I feel more driven, energetic and I’m having so much fun in school. Even my gym teacher has noticed how much better I’m doing and how I’m able to socialize better with my classmates.

Although I’m still struggling with fidgeting and keeping my attention on discussions or stories, I’m slowly learning how to overcome it. At home, I’m trying to break the habit of pulling my fingers, but it’s been a challenge. Overall, I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made and I’m excited to see where it takes me.

Pierre (Focus)

I’m P, a 25-year-old from the east of the country. I decided to try out neurofeedback at Neurobics to address my focus issues, as I had been taking tabs for years and was looking for alternatives. With neurofeedback, I aimed to improve my concentration and impulsivity control.

After a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and ability to get up in the morning. As I continued with the sessions, I gradually stopped taking my medication and noticed that I had more energy to tackle daily tasks. After about 20 sessions, I stopped using neurofeedback and I’m happy to report that I’m still functioning well several months later. In fact, I recently obtained my driver’s license!

Bea (Mood)

As a result of the 20 neurofeedback sessions, my concentration and memory have improved significantly. Additionally, I have noticed an improvement in my overall mood and organization skills. I found my interactions with Ronald and the other staff to be enjoyable and positive.

Piet (Mood)

Piet had been suffering from low mood for over 7 years and had been through numerous examinations. He was diagnosed with a learning disability and was deemed too low in mood to undergo any training. As a result, his low mood state had persisted, leaving him bedridden and unable to perform even the most basic activities. Piet’s family was distressed and believed that forced commitment to a psychiatric institution might be the only option.

However, after 15 sessions of neurofeedback, Piet’s condition began to improve. After just 3 sessions, he started showing noticeable changes. He began sleeping at night and being awake during the day, and his depression had largely disappeared. He even started performing activities he hadn’t done in years, such as having breakfast in the morning and taking an interest in other people. He resumed playing tennis and was able to cope with the loss of his pet cat. He began taking better care of himself and stopped spending all his time on the computer.

Piet’s progress was astounding, and his family was overjoyed to see him return to his former self, full of joy and socializing once again. They no longer had to consider forced commitment to a psychiatric institution and were thrilled to have their beloved son back.

Willy (Mood)

After years of taking tablets, I experienced a severe stress with lack of mood. I had to switch to a new tabs, but it didn’t improve my condition very much, and I had a lot of trouble getting off the old medication due to withdrawal symptoms. That’s when I heard about neuro-feedback and decided to give it a try. At first, I was skeptical about its effectiveness, but I started to notice some changes after a few sessions. The heavy gloomy feeling disappeared slightly, and I didn’t have as much trouble cutting back on the old tablets.

I had a total of about 20 sessions and experienced occasional relapses, but Roland was able to identify and treat the relapses effectively by trying different places on my head. After the sessions, a Q-eeg was conducted, and although there wasn’t always much difference compared to the first Q-eeg, I felt the result in my head and body. I became calmer, and I could enjoy the things around me again.

All my mood symptoms have disappeared, and I’m happy with the end result. I highly recommend neuro-feedback to others, and I appreciate the friendly reception from the two gentlemen who run the program. They were always willing to talk and make changes to ensure the best possible outcome for me.

Linda (Stress)

Three years ago, I suffered from anxiety that made me nervous at unnecessary times. I tried therapy, medication, and Reiki, but none of them worked. My sister suggested neurofeedback, and after researching, I decided to give it a try. I had about 20 sessions, and in the beginning, I felt awkward, but I soon realized that it was like meditating, which made me very calm. The sessions with music were particularly enjoyable, and I felt things happening in my head. The end result was impressive, my critical areas were now nicely colored green, which showed that my brain was much more balanced. I immediately tested this result with a presentation for my study, and to my surprise, my worst fear disappeared. I was no longer paralyzed by fear and was able to give a confident presentation. Three years later, I still benefit from the sessions, and I’m calmer, more confident, and enjoy life more.

Wim (Sleep)

I’m a 41-year-old man who has been struggling with fatigue, concentration, insomnia, and relaxation issues for about 10-15 years. I’ve tried a range of treatments over the years to try and alleviate my symptoms, but with little success. However, one day, I stumbled upon the Neurobics website and decided to give it a try. At first, I was skeptical about the approach and wasn’t sure how it could help me.

After around 10 sessions of neurofeedback, I began to notice that I was sleeping better at night. This improvement continued over the next few sessions, and I felt less fatigued during the day. Then, about 20 sessions in, I was driving home and suddenly felt a deep sense of relaxation. This was a new sensation for me, and I was excited to see how long it would last.

Unfortunately, due to the cost, I had to stop my neurofeedback sessions before I was able to fully address all of my symptoms. However, I plan to resume my sessions as soon as possible since I know that it takes time to recover after years of struggling with these issues.

I strongly recommend neurofeedback to anyone who is struggling with sleep problems or relaxation issues. From my personal experience, I can assure you that just 10 sessions can make a significant difference in your sleep quality. While it may take longer to see improvements in other areas, I believe that neurofeedback is an effective treatment that is worth trying.

Lieke (Stress)

A year ago, I experienced a paranoid psychosis and was admitted to a mental institution where I received medication to manage my symptoms. However, the medication left me feeling disconnected from my emotions and worsened my Torticollis, a condition causing tremors in my head. In January 2001, I began Q.E.E.G. treatments to address the low frequencies in my brain. Through 28 treatments, I gradually improved and found a much-needed balance. I could think more clearly, shake my head less, and meditate more effectively. The barriers that once limited me were gone, and I gained a clear insight into my life. I am grateful to Roland and Mundy for their professional and supportive guidance throughout my journey. While I was initially skeptical about the efficacy of Q.E.E.G. treatments, I can confidently say that they have had a profound impact on my overall wellbeing.

Linda (Communication Skills)

After experiencing two burn-outs and being diagnosed with difficulty focusing and trouble with communication, I struggled with poor concentration, confusion, chaotic behavior, hyperfocus, and the fear of losing my creativity. Seeking a solution, I discovered Neurofeedback and Neurobics in Groningen, which offered the possibility of insurance coverage. After an initial measurement and consultation with Roland Vermeent, I began training the areas of my brain that were not functioning properly over a little over a year. I received feedback on my brain’s performance while watching movies or listening to music, and later also through tone-only training. Initially, I focused on activating beta waves via the SMTP, followed by other training sessions, with the final training focusing on balance in my head, the gamma training.

The results were impressive: not only could I concentrate better, but I also became more emotionally stable, less likely to feel attacked, and better able to listen and respond calmly, as noted by my sister and friends. I now have a clearer, more outward-looking perspective and feel grateful for the professional and loving guidance of Roland and his team. Most importantly, my head can do what it could before, but with added possibilities, and it works much better now.

Marie (Stress)

Since discovering neurofeedback and Neurobics four years ago, my life has undergone a remarkable transformation. After years of struggling with trauma, depression, and burnouts, I underwent a series of neurofeedback treatments that culminated in the creation of a Japanese garden in my mind. The neat, raked gravel in a Japanese garden is a perfect metaphor for my experience. My mind was once in disarray, with countless thoughts swirling around, but the QEEG revealed that the coherence of my brainwaves was quite disrupted, which explained my problems. While the results of my treatments weren’t immediately apparent, I soon noticed lasting changes. My once-chaotic thoughts became more organized, with clearly defined paths for individual trains of thought. Now, I am thrilled to say that I am content with my raked head.

Wim (Stress)

I am a 41 year old man, and I have been struggling for years with fatigue, concentration, insomnia and relaxation problems. I’ve been running it for about 10 to 15 years now and have tried everything to make it better, and I’m still working on it

One day I came across the Neurobics website and thought, why not I have already tried so much that I can add more. At first I was quite skeptical about it, and thought it must all be with those brain waves I don’t get it. But after about ten sessions I started to sleep much better at night and it really stayed that way. A little later, after about twenty sessions, I suddenly noticed, driving on my way home, that I suddenly started to feel very relaxed. I thought yes I should try to hold that feeling. Unfortunately I had to cancel my sessions due to the cost.

But will certainly if the weather is possible, follow a few sessions at neurobics, since it can’t all go away in one go of course, and it needs a lot of time to recover after all these years. I will certainly recommend people with sleep problems and/or relaxation problems to try at least ten sessions. I can assure you that the sleep problem disappears very quickly.

Astrid (Stress)

I struggled with persistent stress symptoms that affected my daily functioning for years. Despite trying various treatments, my brain still didn’t seem to be functioning properly, resulting in difficulties with concentration and stimuli management. This not only had practical and social consequences but also financial stress. After reading about neurofeedback in a book by Carien Karsten, I decided to give it a try. The treatments, which involved watching a movie of my choice while receiving clicks, were initially vague but ultimately helped me recover. I highly recommend this method for those with similar residual symptoms. While the process may not involve in-depth psychological research, Ronald is an expert in the neurofeedback method and can explain it well. I regret not trying this treatment sooner, but I am grateful to have found it and to have been helped by Ronald.

Hetty (Insomnia) appeared in glossy magazine "Margriet"

For years, I struggled with severe sleeping problems that had a significant impact on my daily life. I would sleep for only an hour and a half to three hours at the most and then be wide awake for the rest of the night. Or, I would be woken up every minute, all night long. It was a nightmare. I wasn’t really sleeping at all, and these problems increasingly affected my daily functioning.

I tried everything to overcome these problems, including sleep medication, nutritional supplements, mindfulness, and talk therapies, but nothing seemed to work. After undergoing sleep research, I found out that I also suffered from restless leg syndrome (RBS) and periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD), which caused jerking movements during sleep. My nights were highly disturbed by many ‘awakenings’ and ‘arousals’, and I experienced an average of 40 jerking movements per hour.

In September 2011, I decided to try neurofeedback to treat my sleeping problems. I chose Neurobics in Groningen and underwent a QEEG, a video that maps your brain activity. It showed that I had the typical brain image of someone with a burnout: increased beta waves, which is related to chronic stress. So we started with two sessions a week, each lasting an hour, to lower this.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but after just two weeks, I hadn’t had a bad night since. It was incredible. And what’s more, another serious problem disappeared completely: the extreme blurriness in my head that stopped my entire functioning on a daily basis. I was amazed. It had been a few months since I started, and things were still going well.

I have now had 13 sessions, and I just moved to once a week. Usually, it takes about 30 sessions to see lasting results, but I might not need that many since I respond so well to the sessions. I don’t know how it works, but it does, and I don’t have to do anything for it! I think changing brain waves can eventually restore everything in that vicious circle of mental and physical imbalance.

The RBS and PLMD are unfortunately chronic, and I cannot tolerate the medication for it. So the fatigue persists, but I will take a closer look at this with Roland. Regardless, thanks to neurofeedback, going to and staying asleep is now going well. I can work clearly without that miserable haze in my head, even if it is still for limited hours. I’m finally in good spirits about the future again!

Merel (Insomina, appeared in Marie Claire magazine)

Merel had been struggling with sleeping problems for her entire life. She experienced difficulty falling asleep, particularly when her thoughts were scattered, and often slept lightly and restlessly. Moreover, Merel’s brain was exceptionally sensitive to crowds. Even after an average night out with lively conversations, she would hardly get any sleep. Despite searching for alternatives, Merel was hesitant to take medication. However, at the end of last year, she read about neurofeedback online and decided to visit Neurobics, a clinic in Groningen. Merel has been sleeping like a baby for the last three weeks and is gradually reducing her treatment, cautiously optimistic that it will have a long-lasting impact. However, Merel doesn’t view neurofeedback as a panacea. She acknowledged that neurofeedback may not be sufficient for those dealing with depression caused by severe personal problems, and one may need to follow a broader treatment plan to address the root cause.

Initially, Merel had difficulty adjusting to the treatment’s lack of empathy, having been a counselor herself. Merel underwent two treatments per week starting in December 2009. In the beginning, the treatment seemed ineffective and even caused headaches. However, the equipment’s settings were adjusted to train not only alpha waves, mainly associated with sleep but also SMR waves that play an important role in physical activity. The treatment initially resulted in an effect that lasted only two days. However, after twenty sessions, the treatment’s impact began to last longer and longer.

Margreet (Sleep)

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in October 2008. It all started with a tremor in my right index finger and eventually spread to my whole hand, right arm, and eventually the entire right side of my body in February 2009.

In April of that year, I began taking medication to treat the symptoms since there is no cure for the disease itself. The medication helped alleviate some of the tremors, but I needed more and more of it as time went on. By December 2009, I was worried about how much medication I would need to take in the future to control the tremors.

In addition to the medication, I also struggled with sleep and depression. But in December 2009, I learned about neurofeedback and decided to give it a try. I started sessions twice a week in January 2010, and after just eight sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. By session 12, my mood had also lifted, and I was no longer feeling so down.

While the neurofeedback didn’t cure my Parkinson’s disease, it did perhaps help to slow it down. By April 2010, I noticed a decrease in the tremors, and I was able to reduce my medication intake. I stopped the sessions during the summer months and noticed that the tremors worsened again, so I resumed sessions in September.

Overall, I am extremely grateful for the positive impact neurofeedback has had on my life. It has helped me sleep better and feel less depressed, and has even slowed the progression of my Parkinson’s disease. I continue to use telefeedback now, which is more convenient and cost-effective, and I am thrilled to be feeling better with less medication than before.

Jan (Social Skills)

I can see that after 5 sessions, I’m already experiencing some positive effects. Based on my reactions, I find that I’m not as quick to get angry or resort to name-calling. I feel less stress in my head when things don’t work out, and I no longer get stuck on math problems that I think are impossible to solve. At home, my family has noticed that I’m calmer and don’t immediately react with anger or sadness, and when I do get upset, it happens later in the process. However, I’m still very active and enjoy running and playing games.

My teacher has also noticed some changes in my behavior. While it’s still too early to say for sure, my teacher can see that I’m less likely to get frustrated and give up when faced with challenges. I’m working more quietly in class and seem to be less reactive overall. The teacher has also noticed that there are fewer incidents on the playground, even during rough play.

After 15 sessions, I’m pleased to hear that my teachers have noticed significant improvements in my behavior. They say that I’m doing better in busy moments, and they were especially impressed when I went my own way during a group activity and helped other children without prompting. My teachers have also noticed that I seem much calmer overall and that I don’t fidget or twist in my chair as much. They’re happy with my progress and are keeping an eye on me to see how I continue to improve.

Unfortunately, after 20 sessions, I experienced a temporary setback when one of my teachers left the school. I was very upset about this, and it caused me a lot of stress and restlessness. I became more reactive and had trouble handling small disagreements with other kids. However, my family and teachers have noticed that even in the midst of this setback, I’m still making progress. I’m able to handle small mistakes without getting too upset, and I’m not giving up as easily as I used to. We’re hopeful that with continued treatment, I’ll be able to manage my emotions and behaviors even better in the future.

Roelof (Social Skills)

I struggled with starting conversations, especially in group settings due to my problems in social kills. The training significantly improved my self-confidence and ability to focus. The first five sessions were the most effective, and consistently attending for a year produced great results. Taking B vitamins also helped me feel more like myself. I’m now comfortable in my own skin and have an easier time conversing spontaneously. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone facing similar challenges.

Ingrid (Stress)

Years of stress and tension at work and in my personal life resulted in problems. I experienced extreme fatigue, lack of concentration, and sleep problems, as well as a full pressure feeling in my head. On the recommendation of a friend, I tried Neurobics, and after 13 sessions, my symptoms significantly improved. The oppressive feeling in my head is gone, and I can concentrate fully on work again. My sleeping problems have also disappeared, allowing me to sleep through the night. Neurobics was a game-changer, and I’m grateful for the positive impact it had on my life.

Berry (Focus)

I want to share my experience with Neurobics, where I received training on January 12, 2011. I had been in treatment for 13 years at various mental health institutions, but only prescribed medicines and never engaged in dialogue with psychiatrists. That all changed at Neurobics in Groningen, where I experienced a welcoming and personalized approach.

After just 3 trainings of neurofeedback, I noticed improvements in my breathing and muscle tension. After about 12 sessions, my severe nervousness and quick way of speaking calmed down, allowing me to stand up for myself and speak more coherently. Neurobics continuously adjusted the training based on my feedback and inquiries.

Although my sleeping problems could not be completely solved with neurofeedback, they did improve. Overall, my experience at Neurobics was very positive and effective in treating my complex mental health issues, which regular mental health care failed to address.

Emma (Reading skills)

I received neuron feedback training for an extended period, although I can’t recall the exact number of sessions. Personally, I found it very tiring, and I did not notice any changes in myself. However, people in my environment have remarked that I seem calmer. My remedial teacher also noticed progress, and I even finished a school level higher than expected, with high scores.

Overall, the training had a significant impact on my mild social issues. I’m less affected by barriers, and my confidence has increased. As a result, I’ve been able to talk more freely in a trusted group.

Emma and Robert (Reading skills)

Emma’s reading skills have improved, she experiences less fatigue and headaches while reading. School and home have noticed improvements. Robert’s reading skills have also improved and he is less tired while reading. These improvements have made reading more enjoyable for them.

Leo (Peak-Performance)

After reading an article about how NeuroFeedback training can help improve musical performance, especially among musicians, I decided to give it a try myself. I’m an enthusiastic amateur guitarist, and I’ve been playing electric guitar for almost ten years. Joe Satriani is one of my favorite guitarists and a great inspiration to me. I admire his amazing skills and songwriting abilities, but I know that to be able to play like him, I need to practice a lot. Even after years of practice, I still can’t play his “Crushing Day” song the way he does.

So, when I learned about PeakPerformance training on the Neurobics website, and how many professional musicians had used it to enhance their skills, I decided to sign up for this form of NeuroFeedback training. The training facility is housed in a beautiful building with spacious rooms and super comfortable armchairs. It’s easy to get to, and there’s even free parking available. During my first visit, I had an intake interview with Roland Verment, who explained a lot about NeuroFeedback and the PeakPerformance training, and asked me about my potential complaints. After this initial conversation, I was allowed to sit in the armchair and start the training.

During the training, electrodes were placed on my scalp, and the equipment was calibrated to measure my brain activity. Then, I was instructed to close my eyes and listen to music while the training session began. I felt very relaxed during the session, and it was an unusual and unique experience. After the session was over, I went home and picked up my guitar to start playing. This time, playing felt different from what I was used to. It seemed like I was much deeper into the music, and my playing felt much more natural and effortless. It was a special feeling because I had been playing for years and didn’t expect the effects of the PeakPerformance training to be noticeable so quickly.

I continued with the training because I was eager to experience more benefits. Over the following weeks, I noticed several positive changes in my abilities as a guitarist. For example, I found it easier to learn and remember tone loaders, my finger control and fine motor skills improved, and I had more energy to practice and play for longer periods. I also found that I was more excited to make my own songs and was more focused on the music.

In conclusion, I’m convinced that PeakPerformance training is effective and has a positive impact on my performance as a guitarist. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their musical abilities, especially if they’ve been playing for a while and want to take their skills to the next level.

Bert (Better learning)

Our son Bert is a cheerful and outgoing child who has always struggled with fine and gross motor skills, and has had difficulties with concentration and work pace. We discovered that low muscle tone was the cause of his motor problems, but thanks to physiotherapy, judo, and fittkids, his muscle tone has improved. However, writing remains a challenge for him and he had to use the LGF (backpack) for guidance from groups 4-7.

In 8th grade, we discovered neurofeedback as a way to address his issues. After an extensive intake interview, Bert started a treatment of one hour twice a week, gradually reducing it to once a month as maintenance. The changes we observed in Bert since the start of the treatments are remarkable. His writing is now clearer, costs less energy, and is faster. His concentration has improved, and his field of view has expanded both literally and figuratively.

Thanks to neurofeedback, Bert now attends pre-university education with excellent results, and the extra guidance he needs is limited to support classes for physical education. Bert’s writing no longer causes delays and he can keep up with the pace of work in the classroom.

Kirsten (Improved tics)

Hi there, my name is Kirsten and I’m 12 years old. Two years ago, I started at Neurobics because I was struggling with tics and some focus issues. My mind was all over the place – I couldn’t plan properly and my impulsiveness often got the best of me. But after about 1.5 years of neurofeedback, I started noticing a big change in myself.

Now, I’m able to plan things out better, my mind feels calmer and I’m more thoughtful about my actions and words. Even the people around me have noticed how much I’ve changed for the better. And I have to say, the people at Neurobics were just amazing – so kind and supportive throughout the entire process.

If you’re going through something similar, I really recommend giving neurofeedback a try. It’s made such a big difference in my life, and I’m sure it could do the same for you.

Lieke (Stressed brain)

I had been diagnosed with a stressed brain and attachment problems. Just the thought of the future or past would send me into a frenzy of panic, crying spells, and physical symptoms like nausea, cramps, and pain that could last for hours or even days. The slightest hint of abandonment would trigger the same extreme panic response, and I suffered from nightmares almost every night that made me afraid to sleep.

But now, after several months of therapy sessions, the nightmares are much less frequent and I can talk about almost anything, even my past and future. Memories that had been forgotten have started to come back, and while the idea of abandonment is still scary, it doesn’t cause the same extreme panic anymore. I can deal with acquaintances and strangers much more easily now, and I’m more social than ever.

It’s hard to believe how much I’ve changed in such a short amount of time. I used to feel exhausted and anxious all the time, like I was constantly running away from something. But now, for the first time in my life, I feel a sense of peace and calm. It’s like taking a deep, relaxing breath after holding it for so long.

I’m amazed by the progress I’ve made, and I’m so grateful to my therapist for helping me get to where I am today. Before starting training, I had no idea if anything would change, but now I can hardly imagine going back to the way I used to feel. Training has taught me so much, and it’s incredible how quickly things can change when you give yourself the opportunity to learn and grow. I feel like I’ve accomplished something magical, something that years of talk therapy couldn’t have done.

For years, I struggled with poor sleep despite trying everything from sleeping tablets to therapies and conversations. I also had a slow-functioning thyroid gland and sleep apnea, which made me feel constantly tired. As a result, I dreaded going to bed and found it difficult to get through the day.

Then, I heard about Neurobics, a program designed to help with sleep problems, from my neighbor. After an intake and a session where I wore a cap with wires attached and watched a movie, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. That night, I fell asleep within half an hour and woke up feeling refreshed and rested for the first time in a long time.

My bosses even noticed the change in my appearance and asked what was different about me. Now, after a few sessions, I continue to sleep well and my mask stays on throughout the night. I am so grateful for this therapy and the restful sleep it has given me.

Hidde (Focus issues and tics)

I’ve been struggling with sleep problems since I was 26. I’ve tried everything from sleeping pills to therapy and everything in between, but nothing seemed to work. It got to the point where I was exhausted every day, and I dreaded going to bed at night. Eventually, I found out that I have a slow functioning thyroid gland, which made me even more tired. On top of that, I also have sleep apnea, and I couldn’t keep my mask on at night because of my bad sleep. I tried everything, but I still couldn’t get through the day without feeling constantly tired. Then, in June, my neighbor told me about a therapy called Neurobics, which was designed to help people with sleeping problems. I decided to give it a try and went for an intake and a small session. They attached wires to my head and let me choose a movie to watch while monitoring my brain activity. After about an hour, the session was over. That night, I felt so excited to go to bed, and when I put on my mask, I fell asleep within half an hour. I woke up a few times during the night, but I still managed to get a good night’s sleep. The next morning, I woke up feeling rested and fresh, and it was such a wonderful feeling. When I went to work, my bosses noticed that something was different and asked me why I looked so fresh. I continued with the therapy and spent half an hour watching a movie and listening to music with my eyes closed during each session. Since then, I have been sleeping much better. I still wake up in between, but I am able to fall asleep again, and my mask is no longer a problem. I am so glad that I decided to try Neurobics, and it has made a huge difference in my life. Social skills. My son has improved 180 degrees in just 10 months, much more focused, and communication and social skills have improved 100%! Thank you very much!

Provided clear explanations, was open and honest about the potential results of the treatment, had a down-to-earth attitude, but was approachable. Definitely worth going to.

Hello, I am a satisfied client, everything is great. One small downside is that it was very hot this summer and the space, which is quite limited, got quite warm. Best regards.

I was helped in a polite and correct manner with what I had and treated accordingly.

What I really like about working with Roland is that the lines of communication are very short. He is always readily available for questions and feedback, and was able to closely follow the sessions I did independently at home and provide guidance as needed. Very helpful!

I am satisfied with the treatment as it went. However, after 5 sessions, there was no result, so I stopped the treatment.

There were no long waiting times, so the treatment could start quickly. Immediately after one treatment, I already noticed that it had an effect. I find it very special that while you don’t have to do anything special yourself, the therapy has an effect. I can only recommend it.
