What does neurofeedback do?

Neurofeedback operates on the principles of operant conditioning, providing positive reinforcement to your brain to encourage desired changes in its activity. By measuring and tracking your brain waves, we’re able to identify areas that need improvement, such as increasing alpha waves for relaxation or decreasing theta waves in cases of focus issues. Then, we use techniques like sounds or computer games to reinforce the desired brain activity. It’s like “dolphin training” in the sense that we reward your brain for the right actions, leading to long-lasting changes in its functioning.

Drs. Roland

During my studies in neuropsychology, I was struck by the disconnect between scientific research and its practical application. That’s why I was drawn to neurofeedback and other neurotechnological interventions, which bridge this gap and offer new possibilities for promoting mental and physical health. As an applied neuroscientist, it brings me great satisfaction to see the positive impact of these methods on people’s lives, such as when they experience relief from their symptoms, see a significant improvement in their learning abilities, or are able to reduce or stop taking medication. To hone my skills in neurofeedback, I underwent extensive training in Prague, Basel, and Croatia, and I continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. I also have strong connections with experienced neurofeedback practitioners in America.

The debilitating symptoms of my focus issues have significantly decreased. I highly recommend neurofeedback to anyone struggling with focus issues. I started my sessions in July and completed around 20 sessions until September, after which I gradually reduced them. The results have been truly transformative.
